We only have a limited time to do worthwhile things. I intend to use my time to share insight and talents developed over a long career to help other REALTORS® achieve the goals that matter most to them. 

 

I joined eXp Realty specifically to be part of Brokers Without Borders. It was by chance (or by Google) that I met Carolyn Kindley Single. Lyn first impressed me with her vision that real estate, as a career, can be more rewarding when giving back from our abundance becomes an essential part of who we are.  

 

Every economic condition the world has presented during my career has allowed me to learn, adapt, and change for the better. The housing market collapse was devastating to homeowners and their families. The crisis also forced thousands of successful agents out of business. As a managing broker for a large firm, I aimed to bring agents in, inspire them to be learners, and guide them to adjust their business to do more than survive the tough times. My most valuable ability is helping agents gain competence, confidence, and belief in themselves. I love watching agents grow into wise negotiators and inspired leaders, helping their clients achieve their goals.

 

Inspiring agents to believe in themselves, do the work to learn, and dive into learning to use company resources is a big part of my work. You don't have to be a real estate master to have a remarkable career. It's been my pleasure mentoring many agents in South Central Wisconsin who grew their businesses to levels where they live healthy, balanced lives. I plan to do the same for agents all over Wisconsin. 

 

As the Wisconsin territory manager for Brokers Without Borders, I can tell you we will develop a dynamic core group of agents throughout the State. I'm eager to meet people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build a business they're proud to own.
