Meet Mike Carroccio, a seasoned sales and management professional with over two decades of
experience. Originally from Miami, he moved to Chattanooga at a young age where he lived for
36 years until relocating to Knoxville in 2020. Mike's vast work experience includes a variety of roles where he excelled in leadership, sales, and mentoring.
Most recently, Mike worked as an Area Sales Manager at D.R. Horton where he helped manage a team of 30 agents in new home construction sales. His efforts and contribution resulted in the
fastest organic growth of any startup division in D.R. Horton history of achieving 1000 sales in under 5 years. Prior to that role, he worked as an Investment Sales Manager at Team Title Services and as a Director of Growth and Sales for Keller Williams Realty, where he trained, coached, and led a real estate team producing 70 million dollars in sales volume and over 350 transactions each year.
Mike began his career in 2003 at Bridgestone where he led retail stores for the corporation. Responsible for employee oversight, profit and loss management, and productivity, his work
focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and staff success made him an asset for over 10 years to this establishment.
In his spare time, Mike loves spending time with his family, including his adorable French bulldog, Tux.
He has a great passion for Long Range Precision Shooting and Reloading.
