Having moved many times to various areas of the country I realized that I could make a difference in the Real Estate industry.

 

Matt DuSold joined eXp in 2022, coming from a boutique real estate group and a nationally ranked team in Scottsdale. Matt has brought his expertise from a team that has completed over 1,000 transactions per year from 2021 to 2022. After receiving his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri in 2009, Matt moved to the greater Phoenix area and spent three years in outside sales before switching his full time career to real estate in early 2012. From Matt’s college days of preparing himself to be a baseball coach to the time he spent recruiting and training agents for a brokerage, coaching and personal development has always been a passion of his. After many years of being a successful real estate agent Matt decided to get his brokers license and fully commit himself to training and developing real estate agents and teams. Matt is very excited to bring his local knowledge of the Arizona market to Brokers Without Borders and assist in the growth and philanthropic presence locally.

 

Matt lives in Cave Creek and enjoys all the activities Cave Creek has to offer. You can find him at the gym or spending time with his wife Casey and son Griffin throughout Cave Creek. Come spring time he will be at numerous spring training sites, always cheering on his Cubs. You'll also catch him walking his dog Duncan through Tatum Ranch, if you see them don't be scared to say “Hi”!
