Susan Kennard came to the real estate industry in 2016 after a career in education. After working four years in both residential retail and wholesale real estate sales, Susan obtained her Texas brokers license in 2020.  She is a self proclaimed “contract nerd” with a passion for helping others through the real estate process.

Susan looks forward to growing the North Texas team by mentoring and supporting new agents with Brokers Without Borders. She is also excited to give back to the communities that these agents serve. 

Susan is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University and lives with her husband George outside of Dallas. She is an avid reader, sports enthusiast and loves to travel.
