As a highly experienced and regarded Real Estate Professional and Team Manager with ten years in this business, Kevin has recruited, trained, and managed listing and acquisition teams in Portland and Seattle, both in-person and remotely. He has extensive experience working with the new real estate business models, such as the iBuyer model with Zillow Offers and the Power Buyer model with Orchard.

With Zillow Offers he worked for the Broker Partner as the Acquisitions Manger acquiring over 1300 homes for Zillow while interfacing with their Field Team and Asset Management teams to ensure the homes quality and condition at the time of sale.

In his position at Orchard, he trained and managed remote listing teams in Portland and Seattle where they interfaced with the Field Team, Photography and Asset Management Teams to bring listings to market and maintain their condition and appearance during the listing period thru negotiations and closing.
