Gil started is career in Real Estate March 2006 as an Affiliate Broker with Crye Leike Realtors at the Downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee Office.

 

Every year since 2012 with Crye Leike Gil has attained the level of Multi Million Dollar Producer, and has had years of being one of the Top 50 Producers for Crye Leike Chattanooga.

 

February 2017 he was promoted to Managing Broker of the Signal Mountain, Tennessee Crye Leike Office.  There he managed an office of 12-15 agents.  The Signal Mountain Office grew in Volume Production 2019, 2020, and 2021.

 

Gil served on the Chattanooga Realtor MLS Board 2019, 2020, and 2021 as the Vice Chairman in 2021.
